If you're not satisfied with your Pro plan for any reason, contact us within 30 days of purchase for a full refund — no questions asked.
1. Eligibility
Refunds are available for all paid Aarunya Apps Pro plans purchased within the last 30 calendar days. Free tools have no charges and therefore no refund eligibility.
2. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:
- Email aarunyatechnmedia@gmail.com with the subject line “Refund Request”.
- Include the email address used for the purchase and the Paddle order number (found in your receipt).
- We will process your refund within 3–5 business days.
3. Refund Processing
Refunds are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. The refund will be returned to the original payment method. Processing time depends on your bank or card provider (typically 5–10 business days after we approve the request).
4. What Happens After a Refund
Upon refund, your Pro license key will be deactivated and access to Pro features will end. You can continue using all free tools indefinitely.
5. Exceptions
We reserve the right to decline refund requests if there is evidence of abuse (e.g., repeated purchase-and-refund cycles). Refunds will not be issued for requests made more than 30 days after the original purchase date.
