By accessing or using Aarunya Apps (“the Service”, “we”, “our”) at aarunyaapps.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Aarunya Apps provides a suite of browser-based developer and marketer utility tools. Free tools run entirely client-side. Pro features may involve server-side processing for AI capabilities. We reserve the right to add, modify, or discontinue any feature at any time.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate any applicable law or regulation
- Infringe the intellectual property rights of others
- Transmit harmful, offensive, or malicious content
- Attempt to circumvent security measures or rate limits
- Resell or sublicense access to the Service without written permission
- Use automated scraping or bots against our servers
4. Accounts and License Keys
Free tools require no account. Pro features are activated via a license key issued after payment. License keys are personal and non-transferable. You are responsible for keeping your key secure. Sharing or reselling license keys is prohibited and may result in revocation without refund.
5. Payments and Billing
Paid plans are billed through Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Paddle collects payment, issues invoices, and handles applicable taxes. Prices are listed in USD. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
6. Refunds
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans. To request a refund, email aarunyatechnmedia@gmail.com within 30 days of your purchase. See our Refund Policy for details.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, design, and code of the Service is owned by Aarunya Apps or its licensors. You retain ownership of any content you input into the tools. You grant us no rights to your content — because it never reaches our servers (for free tools) or is immediately discarded (for AI features).
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely accurate.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aarunya Apps shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to data loss, revenue loss, or security incidents. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be announced on the website.
